  • Why Join a Workshop?

Grief is not meant to be carried—or held—alone.

In many traditions, healing happens in community, through shared stories, sacred rituals, and the simple act of being witnessed.

These gatherings are spaces to slow down, tend to grief together, and remember that you do not have to navigate loss in isolation. Whether you are grieving personally, holding space for others, or feeling called to deepen your relationship with grief and remembrance, you are welcome here.

    In these gatherings, you will:
Experience sacred rituals that honor both personal and collective grief
Be gently guided through grounding, reflection, and embodied practices
Join a community that understands grief beyond timelines and steps
Learn tools for tending grief with care, agency, and choice
Feel held in a space that welcomes your full humanity

Whether your grief is fresh, ancestral, or hard to name, you don’t have to walk it alone.
