the Sacred Grief Circle

An 8-week guided circle for those ready to tend their grief.

For those ready to be in deeper relationship with their grief, through the body, memory, and ancestral connection.

the Sacred Grief Circle is an intimate 8-week circle for those grieving the death of someone they love, the ending of a significant relationship, or the loss of a former version of themselves. Here, grief is understood as a sacred relationship with love, memory, identity, and what continues to shape us.

We do not subscribe to stages, timelines, or the expectation that grief should end or that you must "move on." Instead, we honor grief as a living, relational experience, one that invites us into deeper connection with ourselves, with others, and, with our ancestors.

This circle is intentionally limited to six participants so that each person can be deeply witnessed, supported, and held with care.

This circle is for you if:

  • You are grieving the death of someone you love, the ending of an important relationship, or the loss of a version of yourself through life's transitions.

  • You want to grieve someone you love in community, through a more expansive and relational lens.

  • You are curious about approaching grief as an embodied, spiritual, and deeply human experience, rather than something to fix or move beyond.

  • You want to better understand how grief lives in your body, your relationships, and your daily life.

  • You are ready to begin living with your grief, honoring its changing rhythms rather than expecting it to follow a linear path.

What this circle is not:

  • This is not clinical therapy.

  • This is not a drop-in support group or a place for fixing or moving through grief quickly.

This space moves at the pace of grief.
Here, grief is allowed to speak from the body, and from memory.

This is a spirit-rooted space, held with care.
