the Sacred Grief Circle

An 8-week guided circle for those ready to tend their grief through the body,

For those ready to be in deeper relationship with their grief, through the body, memory, and ancestral connection.

the Sacred Grief Circle
is a closed, intimate 8-week circle for those moving through grief.

This circle is for you if:

  • You are navigating loss and want to explore how it lives in your body.

  • You want to tend to your grief in community, through a more expansive lens.

  • You are open to grief as a spiritual and relational experience.

  • You are moving through change, and beginning to see grief as non-linear.

  • You want to learn to live with, and be shaped by your grief.

What this circle is not:

  • This is not clinical therapy.

  • This is not a support group with surface talk.

This space moves at the pace of grief.
Here, grief is allowed to speak from the body, and from memory.

This is a spirit-rooted space, held with care, tenderness, and truth.

How this work unfolds in this space:

Ritual & Devotion

Each session is anchored in ritual.

Through prayer, grounding, and ancestral connection, you are guided back into

relationship with your grief

Witnessing & Shared Truth

You’ll be witnessed with tenderness.

Your grief is met with care,
alongside others who are also learning
how to live with what they carry.

Embodied Practices

You are invited back into your body.

Through gentle practices and reflection,
you begin to notice how grief lives, moves, and shifts within you and how to stay with yourself within it.

Our Eight-Session Journey

  • “I don’t have to hold this alone.”

We begin by arriving together. Through prayer, calling in our ancestors, and grounding in our bodies, we establish the container and name what is present. This week is about setting the foundation, being witnessed, orienting to the space, and allowing your grief to be here as it is.

  • “I can feel grief without being overwhelmed.”

This week we turn toward the body and begin noticing where grief lives physically. Through simple somatic practices and guided awareness, you’ll explore sensation, holding patterns, and what your body has been carrying. The focus is not release, but learning how to stay presend with what arises.

  • “My grief is love that still exist here.”

We work with memory, what returns, what lingers, and what aches. This week holds space for love, longing, and the ways grief keeps relationships alive. You will be invited to bring in photos, names, or stories as a way of staying connected.

  • “I am still in relationship.”

We deepen into ancestral connection. Through guided spiritual reflection, you’ll explore your connection to those who have transitioned and how they continue to exist in your life and lineage.

  • “All my emotions are allowed.”

We make space for what is often held back: anger, guilt, resentment, relief, the things that were never said, and more. This week allows those emotions to be named without shame, and witnessed without needing to resolve them.

  • “Grief changes, and so do I.”

We explore the resistance that can come with the changes brought upon by the loss and subsequent grief. This weeks holds the tension between holding on and letting things be different, without forcing meaning or closure.

  • “I am allowed to feel joy, even as I carry my grief.”

We make space for the coexistence of joy and grief. This week explores what it means to live, feel, and experience moments of joy, presence, lightness, happiness, etc. without guilt, even as grief remains present.

  • “I carry this with me.”

We close the container with intention. Through reflection, and acknowledgment of what has shifted, this week honors the work done and the relationships built within yourself, your grief, and the circle.
