the Sacred Ritual

the Sacred Ritual is a self-guided meditation and ritual practice designed to help you come back to yourself, especially when things feel overwhelming.

This course is about cultivating a steady, compassionate relationship with your inner world, one that you can return to again and again.

Rooted in meditation, self-inquiry, and accessible ritual, the Sacred Ritual offers a gentle structure for grounding, presence, and inner steadiness at your own pace.

Working with Minerva is deeply grounding. She blends her natural grace and depth of wisdom with humor and compassion. I felt her course helped me get to the root of “deserving” to give myself permission to be more than enough and deserving of love. Settling into my body in this awareness of my enoughness, taking off the layers of business in order to “earn my place”. I appreciate her embodied example of being an empowered woman of color and reclaiming that dignity within, in the sacred space she creates.

In Their Words

reflections from past participants engaging with the practice.

  • “I had a very life affirming experience in this program. This course allowed me to address myself and my life in a compassionate way. The safe space Minerva cultivated in our classes and check ins helped me to face myself without fear, guilt or shame.”

  • "The course was transformative for me in many ways. Thank you for creating a platform for us to connect with ourselves and with one another. It was a very positive experience. I actually think there’s a lot of material for us to draw from and delve into independently to get deeper into the intentions we had originally set. Thank you again!!!!”

  • “Strengthening, transformative, explorative; felt like a great introduction to gain some tools and confidence for ongoing independent as well as community-based explorations into meditation and building my personal spiritual practice.”
