There are moments when we recognize that a relationship, identity, dream, way of living, or version of ourselves has reached its end. And, knowing doesn't always make the ending easier.
There can be grief in releasing what has been, but also in releasing the future we imagined could still be. There can be fear in stepping away from what we know how to survive, even when we recognize we can no longer live there.
Moving with the Wind is an intimate two-part gathering about those moments.
As a Priestess of Ọya, I have been deeply shaped by what Ọya has taught me about endings, movement, discernment, trust, and the courage to move when life begins asking something new of us.

What We Will Explore
Part One: The Sacred Nature of Endings

Our first gathering turns inward.
We'll explore our relationship with endings and the stories we carry about letting go, the places where resilience and resourcefulness may keep us holding on, and the grief that can arise when we acknowledge that something has reached its end.
Through guided inquiry, reflection, journaling, and conversation, we'll create space to listen more closely to what we already know.
Part TWO: Moving With The Wind
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10 | 8:00-9:15 PM ET
Our second gathering turns toward Ọya.
I'll share teachings from my relationship with Ọya that have shaped the way I understand discernment, movement, transformation, and trust.
We'll move beyond reflection and into the body through somatic practice, meditation, and embodied exploration. Cultivating practices that can support us when life asks us to release, move, and trust what we cannot yet see.

This Gathering is for you if you are standing at a threshold.
Something in your life may be ending, shifting, or asking to be released. Perhaps you already know what needs to change but are struggling to trust yourself enough to move. Perhaps you're grieving an unlived future, questioning an identity you've outgrown, or simply becoming curious about your own relationship with endings.
You do not need to be a practitioner of Ìṣẹ̀ṣe or any particular spiritual tradition to participate. Come with curiosity, respect, and a willingness to explore.
