The Grief Sanctuary is a monthly, donation-based grief circle held online—a gentle, communal space for grief to be witnessed, held, and honored through breath, reflection, and ritual.

Winter Solstice Ritual Circle is a live 60-minute online grief circle that invites you to slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with your inner light as we cross this seasonal threshold together.

We will open sacred space by calling in our Egun (Ancestors) for protection and guidance, ground with breathwork and grounding, and move through a gentle grief-release ritual supported by fire, intention, and community.
